There is a big problem in Catalonia! WATER RESTRICTION :S Since a few months ago, the government is pending in the matter of water.

The Catalan water agency, on behalf of the Department of Environment and Habitage, Govierno of the Generalitat of Catalonia, has expressed respect and gratitude to the City of Tarragona to help contribute to domestic supply to all Catalan population in a situation of drought like this, which looks like a post-war situation that we are experiencing.
